Having An Unpolluted Heart

“If we pollute our minds and spirit for the sake of entertainment, we will pollute our hearts” - Wesleyne

Luke 6:45:

“A good person produces good things from the treasury of a good heart, and an evil person produces evil things from the treasury of an evil heart. What you say flows from what is in your heart.”

This verse is a profound statement about the correlation between our inner values and our external behaviors. It signifies that the words we speak and actions we take are a direct reflection of what is inside our hearts. A heart filled with good, with compassion, love, and integrity, will manifest goodness through words and deeds. Such a person, nourishing their heart with positive virtues, inevitably projects this goodness into the world, influencing others and their environment positively.

In contrast, if a heart is filled with bitterness, hatred, or deceit, these negative aspects will be mirrored in a person's behavior and words, causing harm and fostering a negative environment. Today, you will learn the importance of nurturing your heart with good, as it not only affects you but also influences your surroundings. It serves as a potent reminder for you to continuously strive to foster positive values within yourself, cultivating an inward treasure of goodness that will naturally be reflected outwardly in your actions and words.
