Dear Heavenly Father, today I come to you humbly as your child and Lord I ask that whatever things I have inside me, whatever things I have in my mind, in my spirit, in my body, in my soul that are not of you, Lord I am asking you to bind them up and remove them, Lord. Lord, I am a child of God.

I know how much you love me, but Lord each day I struggle with my fleshly desires of doing the things that I know inherently are not of you. But Lord, my spirit is willing, but my flesh is weak. So I'm asking those fleshly desires that I have, those things that are within me that are not of you, Lord, I ask you to take them away.

I ask you to take them away and replace them with your desires, with the things that you want from me. Lord, continue to be with everyone under the sound of my voice, every man, every woman, every boy, every girl that is struggling with the same thing, whether those fleshly desires are eating too much food.

or those fleshly desires or things that may be deeper in terms of sexual immorality or anything that they're doing that is not pleasing to you. Those fleshly desires could just be negative thoughts or things that their flesh wants to do, but their spirit is telling them not to. So Lord, I ask you to help us.

to not condemn ourselves, help us to not make ourselves feel guilty, but to truly help us. Seek you, your words, your face. Seek you, Lord. Truly seek you with our whole being, our whole heart. And we know that if we trust you, that if we lean on you, those things, those fleshly desires that we have,

They'll one day no longer be there, but we have to work the muscle. We have to exercise the muscle of coming to you and repenting and not hiding from you, God. So today we ask, we humbly ask that you take everything that is within us that is not of you. And we lay it today at the foot of the cross and we ask you, Lord, to take it away.

to bind it up, to add, to ensure that your will is our will, that your desires are our desires, that everything that we do is pleasant and pleasing to you. Lord, we love you so very much. In your precious son, Jesus' name, amen.
