Dear Heavenly Father, we thank you for this beautiful, wonderful day. Lord, we ask that whatever burdens that we're carrying, that we give them to you at this moment, we ask the things that we have done to sin against you, those things that we know and those things that we don't know, Lord, we ask for your forgiveness. We ask that you cleanse us, wash us.

Clean with the blood of your son Jesus.

Oftentimes Lord, when we are moving through daily life, we are sinning and we don't even realize that we are sinning. So that's why during this moment, I want us to repent, to repent for the things that we knowingly did. So we knowingly did something that we knew was a sin against you Lord, but we did it anyways. And those things that we didn't even realize were a sin and.

because of your grace we are saved because of your grace we don't have to hold on to the things that we have done the sins that we have done to ourselves through ourselves with others however we are sinning so Lord I fully repent of all of the sins that I've done every single one and I know Lord as soon as I confess with my mouth

You say I am forgiven because I am your beautifully, wonderfully made child and you do not want me to walk around in condemnation. You do not want me to walk around feeling bad about myself or feeling guilty for the things that I've done. And so Lord I ask that you remove any thoughts or feelings of anxiety or anything that may bubble up.

And I ask that whatever things that I've done to sin against you, they are stepping stones. They are moments that I can take and learn from. So that in the future, I don't commit the same sin. Lord, I am your precious daughter. And all of your children that are listening to the sound of my voice, they have something that they have been holding onto, something that they have done that they are holding over their head.

And Lord today I ask you to work with them to release the thing that they are holding onto and remind them that all they have to do is confess with their mouth and they are forgiven by your grace. We ask for your forgiveness, Lord. We ask for your continued love. We ask that as we step into this day or as we lay down this evening, whenever.

We are listening to this prayer that we are at peace, that we no longer hold anything over our heads. We no longer internalize our pain, but we give it to you completely and totally. In your son Jesus' name we pray, amen.
